Interestingly, 47% of people in Aged Care have been diagnosed with depression, the highest of all medical diagnoses.

For me, it’s about delivering people-centric care, much more than merely delivering X number of treatments in the shortest possible time. It’s about acknowledging that your residents are individuals and not just boxes on a tick sheet. It’s about caring and having the time to engage residents.
